Responsibilities
1、Responsible for daily reception and complaint work, showing the good image of the company.
2、Responsible for telephone answering, transferring ,and recording.
3、Responsible for the daily environment and equipment management and maintenance of the company's front desk, meeting guests and other areas, to maintain a clean and orderly regional environment.
4、Responsible for the company's daily administrative affairs, including but not limited to document receipt and dispatch, file data management, administrative materials procurement inventory, etc.
5、Assist in arranging the company's various meetings to arrange the booking, post-meeting finishing work.
6、To complete other work matters assigned by superiors.
Requirements
1、Undergraduate degree, proficient in English (oral and written).
2、Related work experience in the front office, able to adapt to a new environment quickly.
3、Familiar with office equipment, proficient in MS Office, understanding of office management and basic bookkeeping knowledge.
4、Working enthusiastically and actively, with good service consciousness, strong language expression, communication ,and coordination and multi-tasking ability.
5、Basic Chinese is preferred, and basic knowledge of automobiles is preferred.
岗位职责:
1、负责日常接待与投诉工作,展示公司的良好形象;
2、负责电话接听、转接与记录;
3、负责公司前台、会客等区域的日常环境及设备管理维护,保持区域环境整洁、秩序良好;
4、负责公司日常行政事务,包括但不限于文件收发、档案资料管理、行政物料采购盘点等;
5、协助安排公司各项会议安排预定、会后整理工作;
6、完成上级交办的其他工作事项;
岗位要求:
1、大学本科学历,精通英语(口语及书面);
2、有前台相关工作经验,能够快速适应新的环境;
3、熟悉办公设备,精通MS Office,了解办公室管理和基本的簿记知识;
4、工作热情积极,具有良好的服务意识,较强的语言表达、沟通协调及多任务处理能力;
5、有中文基础者优先考虑,有基本的汽车知识者优先考虑。
